Welcome to Thurston County MLSA. This is a networking group made up of real estate brokers, lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, builders, landscapers and anyone associated with the real estate industry.

We meet every Tuesday morning at River’s Edge. Doors open at 7:30 am and the meeting starts at 8:05 am which gives plenty of time for networking. The required breakfast/room rental fee is $7 (coffee, juice) or $15 for the buffet breakfast. You may attend a meeting without joining one time, but then are required to join on your second visit. The annual membership dues are $35/calendar year.

Meetings usually last until about 9:00 am and from there the group leaves to tour homes that are currently listed by members. The tour is a great time for networking on a more individual basis as people usually carpool. Length of tour depends on how many homes are on the scheduled.

During the meeting, we have great speakers talking about something that pertains to the industry and for $5 one member can promote themselves or their business in ‘3 Minutes of Fame’. Each member also introduces themselves to the group and can briefly talk about an upcoming event/class. Members can also pass out flyers to the tables before the meeting.

We also have a board which meets monthly. The board consists of President, President Elect, Secretary, Secretary Elect, Treasurer, Treasurer Elect, Broker Director and Affiliate Director and elections are held in November. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!
